The service we received was excellent. Our driver was bang on time and very friendly especially to our little baby (who was not happy towards the end of the car trip), and the baby car seat was the correct one (unlike previous experiences with other taxi companies). We were very impressed and will definitely use your service again in the future.

I would just like to pass on my feedback for the service that was provided to me by your staff.
The booking was made by National Network Travel on behalf of the Magellan Travel Group.
The sms confirmation system is great..... I had the same driver for both trips 13/10/10 and 15/10/10 Langwarrin to Melbourne airport and back to Langwarrin.
The driver was on time, friendly, professional and in even carried my bag to the car on the return trip home!
You provide a lovely professional service.

One thing I missed was to get a receipt for both the Melbourne Airport Pickup and the Drop Off. Below is one of the confirmation numbers the other is 125349. Would it be possible to email a receipt for both of these?
