Booking Information
This page is designed to give our prospective customers some basic information on our hours of operation and the different options available when wishing to make a booking.
- Office Hours for Phone Bookings - 8.00 am to 8.00 pm 7 days per week.
We do monitor and answer calls outside of these hours, so that customers with existing bookings can be assisted if neccessary. HOWEVER, after 8.00pm it becomes more difficult to secure a driver and car if you have a need for an early pick up the next morning!
Please be advised that if our drivers already have an early start the next day, ie 4.45 am , which means they are awake at 3.45 am, then we do not disturb their family/sleep time after 8.00 pm. It is not right or safe to do so!
- Office Hours for Internet and Email Bookings - 8.00 AM TO 6.00 PM 7 days per week.
You can book online at any time! HOWEVER, we monitor and enter bookings into our booking system only during the above hours. If your booking lands at our office computer outside these hours, then it will not be attended to until the next day after 8.00am.
These hours will be lengthened in the very near future to 8.00 am to 10.00 pm. We will advise asap when this becomes available.

You may phone the 1300 88 33 93 phone number 24 hours but it will go to voicemail at extreme hours. ie, 10.00 pm to 8.00 am. You are most welcome to leave a message with your return contact details and we will attend to your message when the office opens at 8.00 am.
Alternatively, you may phone our after hours mobile/cell phone on 0448 313 357. This will also sometimes go to voicemail, BUT if we are monitoring for existing bookings, then we will answer up until our last customer for the day is safely at their destination.
Please Note; We are not able to provide a 24 hour service! The cost is prohibitive as there are not enough movements through Melbourne Airport, even though there is no airport curfew, unlike at Sydney Airport. (11.00 pm last flight in and out!)
